5450和5451超高電阻計

5450/5451是一款具有5½位顯示器的數(shù)字式超高電阻測量儀，集成了ADCMT的傳統(tǒng)和新型直流放大器技術。 它的設計易于使用，任何操作本儀器的人都可以獲得相同的測量結果。
高電阻測量可廣泛用于測試二次電池，半導體，電子元件，電容器，印刷電路板，濾波器，合成樹脂或橡膠材料在研發(fā)，制造，質量控制等領域使用的電絕緣材料。
通過使用夾具，可以根據(jù)JIS標準測量材料的表面和體積電阻。 另外，可以以高靈敏度和高精度測量施加高電壓的半導體器件的泄漏電流。
